Refund policy

The WellVera Refund & Return Policy

At The WellVera, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please read the terms below carefully before initiating a return.


Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and protective seals must remain intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, modification, or damage (including scratches, dents, stains, or cracks) will not qualify for a full refund.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@thewellvera.ca
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if possible.

We will review your request and offer one of the following options based on the situation:

  • A replacement of the same item,

  • A store credit for future purchases, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that returns sent without prior communication may not be processed.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened wellness or grooming products,

  • Customized or personalized items,

  • Gift cards or digital downloads,

  • Clearance or final sale products (clearly marked as such on the website).


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

If your return does not meet the policy conditions, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
